Are acquiring and payment-processing fees included?

No. The displayed plans cover Payvea’s gateway services only. Acquiring, interchange, card-scheme, payment-method, settlement and other third-party provider fees are charged separately.

What happens if I exceed my transaction allowance?

Transactions above the monthly allowance are charged at the additional per-transaction rate stated in the selected plan. Custom pricing may apply to businesses with consistently higher transaction volumes.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. Contact Payvea to request an upgrade or change to your gateway plan. Any change will be subject to the applicable pricing, technical configuration and billing terms.

Are setup or integration fees charged?

Standard configuration may be included depending on the selected plan. Additional provider connections, custom development, complex integrations or specialist technical work may incur separate setup or implementation fees. These will be disclosed before work begins.

Can I connect an existing acquirer or PSP?

Supported existing acquirers and payment service providers may be connected through the Payvea gateway. Compatibility depends on the provider, available connector, merchant account and technical configuration.

Which features depend on the payment provider?

Payment methods, currencies, tokenization, recurring payments, 3D Secure, digital wallets, refunds and settlement functionality may depend on the capabilities and approval requirements of the connected acquirer or payment provider.

Are taxes included in the displayed prices?

No. All displayed prices are exclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes, which will be added where required.
